Police are seeking an arsonist who torched a vacant Oneida Nation-owned house in Verona Tuesday. Oneida Indian Nation Police Superintendent Arthur Pierce and Oneida County Sheriff’s Department Capt. Richard Antanavige said a joint investigation by Nation Police and the Sheriff’s Department has ruled the structure fire an arson.
