BRENNAN: Why Pennsylvania is the keystone state for online poker in U.S. [reg req]

Nevada, Delaware, and New Jersey have offered legal online poker for four years, but no other state has followed them - until this week. On Monday, Pennsylvania Gov. Wolf signed into law a bill that regulates online poker, other e-casino games, daily fantasy sports, and even sports betting (once New Jersey gains its expected victory at the U.S. Supreme Court next spring).
