Cerabino: State endorses casino career as a smart bet

It was hard to get Marsha Lampert excited about the plans to turn South Florida into an East Coast gambling mecca. Lampert, a 48-year-old unemployed single woman with some medical issues, has been living with her parents in Boynton Beach, unable to find a full-time job for more than a year.
