Cherokees plan to fight Tahlequah casino decision

Fighting over a casino Tuesday, the Cherokees and the Keetoowahs were actually arguing about history. The modern Cherokee Nation considers itself the rightful heir of the Cherokee tribe that came to Indian Territory on the Trail of Tears in the early 19th century.
