Presque Isle Downs & Casino is still feeling the effects of its newest competition from Cleveland. The $38.4 million that gamblers wagered on slot machines during the week of May 21 through Sunday was about $5 million less than had been bet during a comparable period in 2011, from May 23 to 29.
