Eagle Mountain Casino closer to relocating to Porterville

Eagle Mountain Casino is one step closer to relocating down the hill to Porterville. The Bureau of Indian Affairs formally found the relocation beneficial to the Tule River Indian Tribe and not harmful to surrounding communities. Water restrictions and drought on the reservation, along with economic issues, prompted the tribe to start the lengthy relocation process in 2016.
