Federal prosecutors: No charges in Montana teen's death near Lame Deer

Federal authorities say alcohol use was a significant factor in the death of a 14-year-old girl whose body was found on a south-central Montana American Indian reservation in December. The office of Montana U.S Attorney Kurt Alme said Thursday that it won't pursue any charges in the death of Henny Scott.
