Internet cafe staff charged

Police filed 28 criminal charges against 10 people Friday, all stemming from the January raids on three Internet cafes in the city. The night of Jan. 7, Fremont police raided Players Club on South Fifth Street, Lot$-of-Fun on Oak Harbor Road and Lucky Dog on West State Street, after completing a five-week investigation into gambling allegations.
