Lakes Entertainment, Inc. (“Lakes”) (NASDAQ: LACO) announced that it terminated the Pre-Development, Development and Financing Arrangement Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Lakes Jamul Development, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lakes, and the Jamul Indian Village (“Tribe”).
