A Las Vegas businessman, who five years ago outbid Las Vegas Sands Corp. in a Clark County Commission public auction to lease nearly 80 acres of land west of McCarran International Airport, filed for bankruptcy Wednesday, saying he owed more than $310 million to creditors.  |
