Lawmakers to decide on legalizing recreational weed and sports gambling bills

Two controversial bills that aim to legalize recreational marijuana and gaming, or sport betting -- are being discussed at the Capitol Thursday.The bill that would legalize recreational marijuana in the state of Hawaii passed the first reading, and is currently trying to make it out of its first committee hearing Thursday.
