The suburban sponsor of gambling expansion in Illinois said today he plans to bring it for a vote this afternoon. State Sen. Terry Link, a Waukegan Democrat, is expected to introduce the plan, which would allow for 1,200 slot machines at the Arlington Heights track, as well as new casinos in Lake County, Chicago, the south suburbs, Rockford and downstate Danville.
