A man was arrested after a Tuesday night armed robbery at a Rapid City casino. Billy Joe Robertson, 25, is accused of first-degree robbery and giving the wrong name; he was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for a parole violation, according to a news release from the Rapid City Police Department.
