Native American community remembers the flood with a Powwow and Wiping of the Tears Ceremony

The Native American community has commemorated the 1972 flood with a Powwow and a Wiping of the Tears ceremony. Billy Good Voice Elk Junior is a spiritual advisor at the Mother Butler Center in Rapid City, he said Saturday's ceremonies were about remembrance and healing.
