The Federal Bureau of Investigation confirmed that Monique Mackey, the mother of the 3 year old who died in an accident on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, was not in the vehicle that rolled south of Red Shirt on BIA Highway 41 Friday afternoon. Her child, Lucus Mackey, was killed in the crash.
