North Dakota Senate kills sports betting bill

North Dakota's Republican-led Senate has killed legislation to allow legal gambling on college and professional sports. The Senate killed the House bill 38-7 on Monday with no debate. The measure passed the GOP-led House last month, after it failed but was reconsidered in a second vote.
