Ohio horse track to reopen with new name, racino

The River Downs horse racing track near Cincinnati will reopen next spring as a racino and with a new name. Belterra Park Gaming & Entertainment Center will welcome visitors May 1, after a $300 million project to transform the park into a racino offering slots gambling and to add new restaurants and other amenities.
