Osage County oil regulations on hold due to ruling

A federal judge has granted a motion delaying implementation of controversial new regulations for Osage County oil-and-gas lease operators. Chief Judge Gregory Frizzell agreed to a temporary injunction requested by the Osage Producers Association following a day-long hearing Monday in U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Oklahoma.
