OUR VIEW: No bluffing: Casino revenue decline will affect all of us
Not enough Hoosiers and out-of-state visitors are losing money at the state's 13 casinos, and that just might end up costing all of us. The Indiana Gaming Commission reports the adjusted gross revenue and taxes from casinos have been down for three consecutive years. The amount wagered in fiscal 2011 was $2.7 billion. |
