Packer-backed Ellerston lifts stake in casino rival Star

The James Packer-backed Ellerston Capital has increased its stake in casino operator The Star Entertainment Group. The Australian-listed casino company (SGR) lodged a substantial shareholder notice today to announce that Ellerston Capital had a 5.07 per cent stake in The Star.
