You can’t just make a federal case out of it. That’s the central argument in a September 12 response seeking to dismiss a lawsuit that has ensnared property owners in Palm Springs’ posh Southridge neighborhood, the hillside enclave known for such iconic homes as Bob Hope’s estate.
