Proposed bill would end smoking in bars, casinos

Pennsylvania residents sitting down at a bar or pulling up to the craps table can still enjoy a cigarette, but a proposed bill in the Pennsylvania General Assembly could put an end to that. Dan Frankel, a Democrat representing Oakland, Shadyside and Squirrel Hill in the General Assembly, introduced House Bill 2298 last week.
