Experts say most accidental drowning deaths happen in five minutes or less, But the Quechan resort and casino along with Paradise Casino say they are hoping to change that in Yuma, and the Imperial Valley by holding a family "Water Safety Splash Day," an event to educate families on the importance of water and summer safety while making it a fun.
