Radisson Sued by Tribe Over ‘Treasure Island’ Resort Trademark

The American Indian tribe that owns Minnesota’s Treasure Island Resort and Casino sued the same-named Las Vegas hotel for letting Radisson Hotels International Inc. use the “Treasure Island” trademark without its permission in Minnesota federal court Friday.
