Red Hawk prevails in lawsuit

A lawsuit against the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians finally came to a close in its favor when on June 25 the U.S. Supreme Court rejected the effort of a California gaming contractor, Sharp Image Gaming, to revive a portion of its breach of contract lawsuit against the local tribe.
