River Rock Entertainment Authority Announces Failure to Make Scheduled Interest Payment

The River Rock Entertainment Authority (the “Authority”), an unincorporated governmental instrumentality of the Dry Creek Rancheria Band of Pomo Indians of California, a federally recognized Indian tribe (the “Tribe”), announced that it did not make the interest payment on the Authority’s outstanding 9% Series A Senior Notes due 2018 and 8% Series B Tax-Exempt Senior Notes due 2018 (collectively, the “Senior Notes”) scheduled to be made on May 1, 2014.
