Philadelphia’s SugarHouse Casino has been hit with the first fines since it opened in September 2010. The Gaming Control Board has hit SugarHouse with two fines totaling $80,000, $70,000 of which is for seven incidents of gaming involving youngsters from the ages of 17 to 20, which occurred between February of last year and March of this year.
