Marina Bay and big part of Sentosa are reclaimed lands of Singapore. We should applaud our founding PAP leaders (eg Goh Keng Swee and Toh Chin Chye) for having the vision and Singaporeans’ interests at heart to embark on the land reclamation program, knowing that with the increase in population and progress in development, Singapore will inevitably need more land.
