The United States Attorney for the District of Montana, Michael W. Cotter, announced on Wednesday that Ken Trottier, Jr., Supervisory Criminal Investigator with the Fort Peck Tribes Department of Law & Justice, was presented with the U.S. Attorney's Excellence Award during a meeting with the Fort Peck Tribal Council.
