'Tulsa is no longer a secret': Osage Casino Hotel-Tulsa starts second phase with $28 million tower

Osage Casino Hotel-Tulsa announced Tuesday a $28 million expansion that will add 145 guest rooms. The news follows last year's completion of the first phase of the casino's $160 million renovation, which included gaming upgrades, 141 hotel rooms, banquet rooms, Skyline Event Center and swimming pool.
