Greyhound group shows ‘collisions’ on dog tracks, hopes to sway voters to ban racing
(MASSACHUSETTS) -- Starz Voice approached the starting line, a dark jacket with her number, 8, snug around her short white fur. The 61-pound, 2-year-old greyhound surged out of the gate with seven other dogs on June 25, 2007 — she was positioned farthest from the center of the race track at Raynham Park — picking up speed as she neared the first turn.
